- Extensive financial analysis of the property's performance with respect to revenues, labor, operations and fixed expenses
- Evaluation of purchasing as well as food and beverage operations with an emphasis on menu improvement and cost reductions
- Information technology review geared towards reduced complexity, efficient processes, improved security and document storage
- Review of Customer Service and integration of standards across all departments
- Detailed pro forma for the next 12 to 36 months, including specific operating standards; pro forma targets include the following:
- Staffing guidelines
- Payroll and benefits structures
- Purchasing recommendations
- Formal Marketing, Sales and Public Relations plan
- Customer Service plan
- Training recommendations
IMPLEMENTATION:
Redstone Companies Hospitality can be deeply involved during the implementation of the initial recommendations. Through this process you can expect:
- On-site, high-level management to assist your current team as they begin implementation of recommendations
- Detailed analysis of the monthly profit and loss statement with a variance report to budgeted targets; Line item analysis for areas of improvement
- Assistance in implementation of an aggressive Marketing, Sales and Public Relations plan critical path
- Ongoing analysis of the local market and competition to establish points of differentiation within the competitive set
- Evaluation and updating revenue management philosophies and strategies.
- Development of departmental training standards
- Review of current senior management team and recommendations if any changes are warranted

ONGOING MANAGEMENT AND ASSET MANAGEMENT:
Redstone Companies Hospitality is also available to operate as a third party manager, asset manager or to assist in receivership services. When Redstone Companies Hospitality is engaged as the property manager, you can expect us to perform all the items above as well as oversee the following:
